Ethan Clary of Schuylerville repeated at the men's champ coming in at 15:21 (that's 12 seconds better than last year). 3300 racers, walkers and strollers entered this year's Turkey Trot to support the Dailey Foundation.
The Foundation created in memory of Christopher who died unexpectedly at age 8 the day after Thanksgiving 2001.
Funds raised by the Turkey Trot and the Memorial Golf Tournament and other events support youth projects throughout our area..
The Dailey Gym in Gavin Park, Wilton was funded by the Foundation. Last year at the Turkey Trot $5,000 was donated to support Special Olympic programs for younger children.
This year Mark Dailey speaking for the Foundation was proud to announce a donation of $55,000 to suport the Double H Ranch in Lake Luzerne. The Ranch provides support services for families with children with life-threatening illnesses.
